  No forks. No potato wedges that were ordered; totally grease saturated when we got them. 3 PC meal - drumstick & 2 backs. Very fatty. Hesitant to go there and now remember why. Bathroom gross.

  We had the oddest experience. We pulled up to drive thru where there were no other vehicles only to be told "we are shutting down drive thru for 5-10 minutes so we can catch up on lobby orders. The lobby is busy but come inside" I have never had this happen before. There is a reason for a drive thru:to get your food and go NOT to wait on lobby orders. This is ridiculous and I see why this location has such a low rating. Corporate needs to get involved with this location and get it back up to standards. This is supposed to be a CONVENIENT travel stop and it is far from. Been here before and people were leaving because they were out of everything,girls had attitudes towards customers,very unprofessional.
